We receive frequently the following questions :
To follow your parcel, you will receive a mail where you have a link to follow. This mail will be sent onece your order is shipped out.
- There are some items missing, where are they ?
In general, your items are sent out all together in one only shipment. If there is any missing item, please contact us by a mail.
- How long it takes to receive my order ?
We treat your order generally within 3 working days. After the expédition, you will receive your order from 6 to 12 working days depending where you are living.
- Where is your store based at ?
Our store is based in China, which allow us to propose you the articles with very attractive price !
- Which country do you ship to ?
We ship to worldwide freely !
- My articles are damaged, can i have a refound ?
Absolutely, if your article is damaged due to the transport, turn back the articles to us, then you will have the refound.
- I made the mistake on the size, can i have an exchange or a refound ? e me suis trompé dans la taille d'un article, puis-je avoir un remboursement ?
Yes, it's possible, as long as the article is returned in good condition to resell (in its original packaging), you will have your refound, the shipping fee for the return will be in client's charge.

- Can i contact you by phone ?
In order to treat the question of all clients faster, we don't provide phone call service. We take only 1 or 2 minutes to treat the issue while the phone call will take longer. In order to provide you a low cost service, we answer your question only by mail. If you have any doubt, test it!
- Are my information well secured ? Can i trust you ?
Your information is transimted via the technologie SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All the transactions are excuted via the Paypal or STRIPE who protect your credit card information, we don't store your credit card information.
